SHO NAKAMURA
In Japan, I was involved in fashion events and portraits photography.
In 2023, to expand my career, I went to Paris alone.
I started my fashion collection career at the Westin Paris Opera PFW. Subsequently,
I experienced photoshooting at New York, London, and Milan Fashion Week.
Having photographed numerous fashion models. Domestically, I primarily work on photographing celebrities and corporate events.

The Reason I Photograph
Believing it will lead to world peace.
The work of a photographer is to speak to the world on behalf of what I see.
By capturing people who are active around the world in a cool, beautiful, and authentic way, I want to convey the potential of humans, the vastness of the world, and the freedom of expression.
By showing photographs to the people, I hope to inspire and create dreams for them, and increase the number of people with aspirations and dreams on a global scale.
I believe this is the only way I can contribute to making the world more peaceful place.
There are many children who are unable to dream about their future due to the circumstances they were born. I want to committed to changing the world to be have aspirations and dreams freely, without being bound by constraints.
The reason I expand my activities globally is because I aim to be a photographer who can inspire dreams on a global scale.
By showing me that photographing all over the world and realizing my dreams,
I want to have a positive impact on the lives of people worldwide and make the world a little more peaceful.
This is my mission.
Background
To be a hope for people in similar circumstances.
I was born with a speech disorder called "stuttering."
I was bullied during my childhood and suffered countless times.
For me, arts were only way to self-affirmation.
That's why I became a photographer.
When I see my reflection in the mirror at the venue of Paris Fashion Week,
I felt a surge of pleasure.
What I want to convey is that 'human potential is limitless.'
Many people in the world feel insecure due to their inherent traits or circumstances.
Some people give up a dream because they think "it's impossible for own".
That's why I want people to see me and feel that "I can do it too."
I must convey to them because I've struggled with congenital insecurities,
Believe in your potential and live a life where you can come to love yourself.
